Practices are Monday - Thursday (except Memorial Day, July 4, and meet days)
Practice is held at the Claude A. Stokes Community Pool at 1000 Stadium Drive, Front Royal, VA 22630
Swimmers should be lined up and ready to swim 5 minutes prior to their start time.
Times/age groups may change based on team needs.

Sign ups are available at practice. Each family is require to volunteer a minimum of 2 full meets or 4 half-meets.

June 26, 2025 - The Team Party will be held at our home pool. Stay tuned for times and additional details, right now we are planning to have it on our bye-day.
Swim Meets
Swim Meets
Swim meets are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evenings. Generally, plan for 5:00PM - 8:30PM.
*Practices will still happen on Mondays and Wednesdays of these weeks, unless otherwise noted.
