2023 Practice Schedule

First Practice: Tuesday, May 30, 2023

Practices are Monday - Thursday (except Monday, May 29 and Tuesday, July 4)

Practice is held at the Claude A. Stokes Community Pool at 50 Stadium Drive, Front Royal, Va. 22630

Swimmers should be lined up and ready to swim 5 minutes prior to their start time.

Times are subject to change. 

2023 Swim Meets

Volunteer Sign-Up

Sign ups are available at practice. Each family is require to volunteer a minimum of 2 full meets or 4 half-meets.

Weekly Meets

Swim meets are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting the week of June 13. Practices will still happen on Mondays and Wednesdays of these weeks, unless otherwise noted. 

• June 13, 2023 - AWAY meet at Edinburg Ducks (100 Park Rd., Edinburg, VA 22824)

• June 15, 2023 - AWAY meet at Mount Jackson Fins (326 Wunder St., Mount Jackson, VA 22842)

• June 20, 2023 - HOME meet hosting New Market Lightning

• June 22, 2023 - AWAY meet at Strasburg Waves RESCHEDULED

• June 27, 2023 - HOME meet hosting Woodstock Dolphins

• June 29, 2023 - BYE 

• July 5, 2023 - AWAY meet at Strasburg Waves (rescheduled from June 22)

Championship Meets

The Championship Meet has been split into two separate meets to better accommodate the number of swimmers and spectators. 

• July 6, 2023 - Ages 11+ Championship Meet hosted by Stanley Stingrays

• July 9, 2023 - Ages 10 & Under Championship Meet hosted by New Market Lightning 

End of Season Party

July 7, 2023 - The Sunfish End of Season Party will be held at our home pool. Stay tuned for times and additional details.
